Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
- Create and manage data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools.
- Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of professional experience in the software industry.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Seattle, WA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
