Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems.
  • Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of the code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM platform development.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and customization.
  • Solid understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
