Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect process mining and optimization solutions for various business processes.
- Lead projects focused on identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using process mining tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices for process mining and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in process mining and optimization.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of professional experience in the software industry, with a focus on process mining and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in process mining tools and technologies (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Disco).
- Experience with business process management (BPM) and optimization methodologies.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence in process optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
